GM note: Need to find my info on the Hobgoblins, had a lot more details worked out, but lost my notes.
This massive 3 masted warship is operated by the Eastern Hobgoblin Empire. It acts as protection for the merchant fleet, as well as a mobile base for troops and generals during wartime.
