Annulond
Annulond is a port on the River Lefnui at the head of the estuary. It is the furtherst upstream that the majority of open-sea based shipping can progress as there is a bridge here that crosses the river. The existence of the bridge forces the trans-shipment of goods to river craft capable of passing it, and funnels land traffic from up and down stream through the town.
Annulond is also the most important town in the Ethir Lefnui and the capital of the Gondorian district, the Duchy of Ethir Lefnui.
If it weren't for the remote location of the town, this place would be a city - but there are just not enough people to justify that title.
