Lysander's persona: Lysander is the owner of Aquillon's Financial, and is a financier / banker for the town of Oakhurst. Ravithael's main alternative form. With his Genasi disguise, people write off his sometimes odd behaviors as just part of his background. Lysander is usually seen around his estate and making appearances at the Aquillon's bank during the daytime. Haughty and arrogant, he blends right in to the upper crust of Oakhurst's elite. Facinated with the prospect of lending his gold, for people to pay him more gold back has helped satiate his desire to grow his hoard, without having to "steal" too much of it. Having established his bank many decades ago, he is accepted into the upper echelons of society without question. A perk that Ravithael is most giddy about. Sadly, the stories and gossip that the nobles of Oakhurst spread have been mostly banal and without any "meat" to them, a fact that he regrets. But recently, in hushed whispers, he's heard of changes coming to the people of Oakhurst.

Riclan's Persona:
While in Riclan's disguise, Ravithael is trying to further his agenda with the Silent Slippers, the theives guild that he controls. Ravithael's original intention for wanting to be a member was that he wanted to experience the same town of Oakhurst, but from the opposite perspective of the lowest members of society. It was by chance that he was recuited by then already established members of the Silent Slippers as their lockpicker. After several decades of working with the guild and pursuing his insatiable thirst for idle chatter and revelry, the previous leader passed, leaving Riclan as the leader of the Silent Slippers. Taking hold of the reigns, he decided to start liberating the borish elites and nobles of their prized possessions, splitting the income amongst his peers. He does occationally keep the odd trinket here and there, to add to his own growing hoard.

Mental characteristics

Education

With his ability to change shape and blend into society, Ravithael has managed to get himself educated, learning a few new languages to expand is repitoir as a "traveled" Nobel. He has also managed to blend in with a small gang of thieves that worked in Oakhurst to learn the tricks of the trade.
With his dual personas of nobel and thief, he has been able to reach the top of both sides by making use of their "contacts."

Employment

His nobel persona has been given the reputation of a worthy trader and information broker.
His thief side has been kept busy gathering dirt on the less savory people on Oakhurst, especially more wicked-hearted nobels who only look out for their own interests.
