Niran Valassan
Prince Niran Valassan is the nominal ruler of the island of Teros Minor. He resides in a tower within the city of Elinann.
Prince Niran was born shortly before Yarivona took control of Teros. He was spirited out of the city as infant, only returning from exile two years after the War of Salvation.
While Prince Niran is the formal ruler of the island (and popular with the people of Elinann), he is effectively a prisoner and a puppet with no real power. He is manipulated by Elinann's Governor, Hashora Belamm, and by the charismatic Peacekeeper commander, Captain Serrak.
