Mavani is seen as a gentle woman with flowing hair that resembles river water. She has a calming presence, with eyes that reflect the colour of a clear stream. She often holds a water lily and a healing staff.

The festival of Hara Mava celebrates the return of life-giving waters to Helerin's rivers, and thanks are given to both Mavani and Treca.
