Hara Mava

Hara Mava is an annual festival celebrated on the third Wilding of Pressing. The festival celebrates the return of life-giving waters to many of Helerin's rivers.
In the hot summer months, many smaller streams dry-up completely, and the flow of larger rivers is much-reduced. The month of Pressing often sees the return of rains and swelling of rivers. Prayers and thanks are given to Treca and Mavani.
Families will often picnic along riverbanks, or throw small offerings from bridges into the flowing waters.
