Lord Koll Tarshin is a senior officer in the navy of Forbin.
Tarshin commands Forbins's smaller Western Fleet is based in the city of Hapros. The fleet protects the shipping routes to Remon and the Seynan Islands Islands.
Tarshin is one of life's natural trouble-makers, with a cheery disregard for rules and protocol. The Supreme Commander, Lord Barran has threatened on multiple occasions to remove him.
