Jet

Jet is a decorative material consisting of polished petrified wood. It is found only in the swamps of the Festermere where the inhabitants of Persothan extract and refine it.

Dark and lustrous,jet absorbs and channels magic. Items crafted from jet are highly prized by mages, as they can store magical energy or amplify spells. Wands, staves, and talismans made from jet are known to enhance a mage’s power, allowing them to cast stronger or more frequent spells.
