Hall of the People

The Hall of the People is a large civic building in the heart of the city of Persothan. It is the seat of the Champion of the Peoples of Persothan.
The Hall stands on the western side of Champions' Plaza. A tall central structure is flanked by long wings extending to the north and south.
The northern wing of the building contains the Chamber of Three, where the Ruling Triumvirate of Persothan meet to formally discuss the affairs of the city. The Chamber is open to the public, who may attend (but not participate in) depates. In practice, most discussion and negotation between members of the Triumbirate take place secretly, and debates in the Chamber are largely performative.
