Falak Bess is the leader of the Dispossessed, a rebel group in Teros.
He is the last remnant of one of Teros's former leading families, and his father was killed in battle during the War of Salvation.
Bess is a bitter man with a deep loathing for the Peacekeepers and the people of Forbin generally.
