Eyris Volrak

Captain Eyris Volrak is an officer of the Peacekeepers in Teros. She leads the garrison at Fort Arvoll.
Captain Volrak is a grizzled vetern of the War of Salvation, in which she served as a scout.
Unlike many of her peers, Volrak is sympathetic to the locals, understanding the hardships they face under the occupation. However, her efforts to keep relations amicable are constantly undermined by her second-in-command, Lieutenant Varan Belthas, whose strict enforcement of tax levies and harsh treatment of the loggers have stirred resentment in the region.
