Derin Dalthass
Lord Derin Dalthass is the Master of the town of Kerenna in northern Teros.
A former soldier, and a shrewd political operator, Lord Dalthass has been effective in resisting the control of the Peacekeepers. Kerenna remains largely independent of Forbin's rule.
