The nature of the universe

The people of Helerin believe that the universe is divided between three realms: Exalted, Physical, and Magical.

The Exalted Realm

The Exalted Realm is the home of the Gods.

The Physical Realm

The physical realm is the tangible and visible world. It is the ocean and earth from which the world is formed, and includes all the living creatures.

The Magical Realm

The Magical Realm came into being when Dassantarra, Goddess of Change was slain by the mortal, Tekkaron. A shard of the Exalted Realm was broken away, trapped between the realm of the Gods and the Physical Realm.
