Chieftain of the Pools

The Chieftain of the Pools is the community leader of the Bulgiss of Festermere, and is the guardian of the tribes' traditions and prosperity.
On the death of the Chieftain, a new leader is chosen by the tribal elders from among their number.
The Chieftain is one of the ruling Triumvirate of the city of Persothan, ensuring the Bulgiss have a voice in the running of the city.
The current Chieftain is Barpanam Gompol.
