The Great Abkari Desert
The largest collection of consistent desert lands in the world. The Abkari Desert runs for thousands of miles in each direction. The desert comprises a third of the continent of Oerakan. And is as treacherous as it is prolific. With sand storms capable of tossing winds capable of blowing the roofs off of any stone house. It is whispered by the natives of the Deserts, that the desert devours cities. Revealing them to travelers as mirages in the distance.
The desert is vast, and deep. Hiding cities as ancient as when Artean Men first came to the continent. Some say, far older cities hide in the ravenous sands. Cities not made by Men. But rather, but hands Other than Mans. Hands never known by any of the Races of Helaeron.
