Wythe's Greatest Free Company
The Argent Company (Sevnóni: Towarzysto Serebryn) is a multinational free company based in Wythe, founded in the Spring of 428 AU. They are well-renowned across the continent, most notably for slaying the Sinopan lich-queen Eathelyn Cothred, seizing the Sinopan capital of Wanamekwa in a single day, escaping the forests of Eastwythe with both their minds and bodies intact, and successfully halting the calamity known as the Great Frost.
Since its construction on 25 June 428, The Santana, a large Caravel created via Vesser Highmore's druidic magic, has served as the chief vessel of the Argent Company. When not in use by Company members, the crew of the Santana serve under Vesser, who uses the ship as his personal leisure vessel.
Origins
On the 8th of June, 428 AU, Lord Flemming Eaglemond of Barracksmouth hired George Cadougan of Dalhurst and the Valesmen Leighton Allister and Cedric Anglermen (known at the time simply as Jaredson) to retrieve the sword Argent Lily, which had recently been stolen from his home. The three men, along with the young Squire Matthew Stanton, set out to uncover the identity of the thieves, in time realizing that the sword had been taken by none other than the Hand of the Labyrinth: a powerful transnational criminal organization. The group, now joined by the Druid Vesser Rantari Highmore, successfully executed a heist of the Hand's Barracksmouth headquarters to recapture the sword, but were ambushed by a mysterious woman before they could make good their escape.Name

Since the halting of the Great Frost, the Argent Company has grown from its founding 3-5 members to a considerably larger organization numbering in the dozens, if not hundreds, of personnel. In the first five months of its existence, the Argent Company accumulated a trove of wealth and treasure that rivaled all but the largest Wythian cities. Following the halting of the Great Frost, Kastus Iharovich and George Cadougan conducted a thorough inventory of the Company's vault, which had become disorderly and cluttered over the course of the Company's adventures. At that time, they found that the Company had in its possession a collection of gold, silver, precious gems, and plunder worth well over 400,000 Wythian Glatium, due in no small part to the emptying of the Royal Vault by Company members during the Conquest of Wanamekwa and the looting of the dragon-tyrant Iaculus' treasure hoard.Since its construction on 25 June 428, The Santana, a large Caravel created via Vesser Highmore's druidic magic, has served as the chief vessel of the Argent Company.
