Persephone

Persephone is an Earth-like planet that was settled by in 2009 by Aegis explorers. In 2029 it was the focal point of a war between Aegis and Volkov Industries, approriately this was is called The Persephone War.
The Seige of Persephone was the opening incident of this war and saw vast swaths of the land torn and twisted to ruin. When Aegis was able to repel the Volkov fleet, the frontlines moved away for Persephone even as the war over who would control it carried on.
