Plane Tear

A plane tear, also called a reality tear, is a mythical phenomenon where a direct physical connection between two or more planes of existence is permanently established. Though something like this occurring has never been observed in all of recorded history, the phenomenon has been mentioned in myths and legends across the world. The myth of the End of All Things is one example of this, where a sword wielded by a regular man will cut through the fabric of reality.
