Ortalian Barony

An Ortalian Barony is a geographical region of Ortal used for administrative purposes, led by a baron . It is the equivalent of a duchy in other countries. Calling the regions baronies was a failed attempt at copying the Gardemoor Empire's regional structure model. Though the Empire indeed had baronies, they were subdivisions of duchies.
