To receive Vinmar's blessing after the death of the King or Queen an heir offers a drop of blood to the locket kept hidden in the royal private chamber. If they use it when their current ruler is alive the locket will be destroyed.

Once the blood touches the locket, it opens and displays a series of strange, intangible symbols that surround the heir for a couple of minutes. Many Queens and Kings were tempted to use the locket to see once again these symbols and understand them. Although they smeared it with their blood many times the locket never opened for them again.

Truth

After the display the heir sees, without moving from where they are, the truth. They see through Vinmar's power how Dasin followed the goddess to a rock underwater with a secret door. They see how Vinmar grazed her fingers over the door and hid Dasin there and then disappeared. After that they see the red light and Dasin emerging from the lake.

The strange displays of symbols surround them again and transform into a series of numbers dancing before their eyes. Finally, the locket detaches a metal sheet with these numbers. The heir will use this to open the secret door in the underwater breathing chamber. The metal sheet erases the numbers once it's been used.
