By the time he reached 40, Radan had risen to the rank of Knight-Commander, where he now leads the Templars with a clear, uncompromising approach.  Known for his direct and practical style, he has become a central figure in Marinovica’s efforts to enforce church law and check the power of the wizard nobility.  His actions are driven by a commitment to maintain order in the city and a belief that divine justice, as taught by Azotyr, must prevail over the unchecked ambitions of the arcane elite.
