Sleekpelt

Sleekpelt Cunning-Wolf is a Sentient Shark apprenticed to the Paladin of Emesh Fastfin Cunning-Wolf. He is a young warrior-shark who follows a code of honor inspired vaguely by Traditionalist Cats.
Sleekpelt Cunning-Wolf is an inventive shark with a bit of a fraught past. He was the tool-maker of the Cunning-Wolf sharks, respected for his craft skill and honor. At some point he disgraced himself by making false promises and engaging in petty fraud to benefit his family and was exiled from the Cunning Wolves. The Cunning Wolf paladin, Fastfin, then adopted Sleekpelt to save him from a slow death on the open ocean (or lonely life eeking by) - Fastfin felt that the clan was too hasty and extreme in its punishment. Sleekpelt has sought redemption and renewed his sense of honor, which at times gets in the way of Fastfin's teachings as a Paladin of Curiosity. 
Sleekpelt is a friend of Makar Mesaba who has joined their work against Kasmir, the Rot.
