Kivish Horde

The Kivish Horde is an ancient army and empire, a military force of Truthful Path Kivish warrior-priests who launched the First Kivish Scouring.
The Kivish Horde was at its core a massive warcamp with orbiting slave-camps, a wandering ball of conquest and exploitation. Starting in 600 ME, the Kivish Horde began to put down roots and began a slow transition into the First Empire of Kizen. This transition from "army with an empire" to "empire with an army" took centuries to complete, from 600 to 850.
