Rhodas, God Of Insanity And Struggle (Row-Das)
Rhodas is the God Of Insanity And Struggle, The Shepard Of The Broken, and The Tormenter of All. He is the twin brother of Rheyja, Goddess Of Inevitable Change. Unlike his sister, who accepted that their roles as Gods were set out for them even before their birth, Rhodas tried to fight against his destiny, attempting to overthrow their father, Vihrus, God Of Stars And Night. This futile attempt left him broken, scarred, and bitter.
Rhodas is viewed by many as an evil aligned God, and his followers are often as broken and dangerous as he himself is. In the material plane, as in The Far Realm, Rhodas and his followers often come to blows with his sister Rheyja and her followers, as one group attempts to struggle against Fate while the other accepts it.
One of the few Gods depicted in art as somewhat Human, Rhodas is depicted as a man with short, wild blonde hair, manic eyes of an almost poisonous yellow, broken, jagged teeth, and a gaunt, beaten appearance. Those lucky, or unlucky, enough to have had direct contact with the God himself rarely provide a coherent description of his appearance, as few leave such a meeting with their sanity intact.
Divine Domains
Rhodas is the God of Insanity, Struggle, and Torment.
Divine Goals & Aspirations
Rhodas' entire existence is to fight against destiny and fate. His followers, the Brethren of Rhodas, say that they must fight against inevitability and fate, otherwise existence is proved as futile and pointless. Outside of this clear goal. Rhodas and his followers seem to lack any kind of coherent aim, often lashing out at the strangest of provocations.
