Overseer Brynn
Jessica Brynn, a human woman, is in charge of the Mos Shuuta Spaceport Command facility. She takes her job seriously even though she does not much enjoy her boss, Teemo the Hutt.
She is on loan to Teemo from Lieutenant Herkin. He coached the idea as a favor to the Hutt, but he actually hopes to use her as an Imperial spy. If he could use her position to get a spy up into Jabba's organization, even better.
