Hector Silvereye
Hector Silvereye is a dwarven merchant, accountant and member of the Instigators. He sees himself as a bit of a mastermind and feels that he would make a better leader of the syndicate than Sir Teladin Vergal.
He is in Legion's Hollow, posing as a Lords' Alliance supervisor coming to check over Olin Ivarsen and the status of the garrison. All of this is an attempt to turn public opinion against the Lords' Alliance, hopefully creating an opening for the Zhentarim to move in and secure a waystop from across the desert.
He is spectacled and reclusive. Tends to be nerdy and withdrawn in a group. Cooly detached from the rest of the group. Also he tends to shy away from action and direct confrontation.
He travels with two assistants and six guards, all disguised as Lords' Alliance members.
