Treaty of the First Hunt
Overview
Treaty of the First Hunt was the treaty made between Sherpsburg and Elves of the Forest of Rhofan. The treaty detailed how the guilds of Sherpsburg and eventually Grouce would interact with the elven tribes and visa versa. The treaty was ratified in Oosterhof by the The Council of the Final Hunt in The Hall after Leati Reigns gained the favor of Fey Lord Clarion in 649 Bu. The treaty was named after the ceremonial hunt the parties went on to kill a large elk that was used as the center peace during the celebration of the treaty.
The treaty outlined the expectations of each side in how they would interact with the other.

Reasoning
The treaty was created to help both sides prosper. The people of Sherpburg had started to organize and make greater progress and the elves held access to magical materials that the people of Sherpburg valued. The people of Sherpburg would bring in different manufactured goods such as textiles, metal tools, and preserved foods, as well as providing a more organized fighting force if the need were to arise. On the other hand the elves provided different magical materials for creating items and casting a variety of spells.
