Structure
The Curator sits atop this cirlce of the Reclaimers. Masters of the arcane and its mysteries.
Notably there are 5 heads of the divisions of the cirlce, each relating to the classifications of psionics. Only one who has been head of all 5 divisions can be called the Curator. This has lead to times where there has been no Curator Circle of Aglaocrypto, which in their place is managed by the 5 heads of the divisions. This has resulted in mad dashes and elaborate succession plans for someone to quickly become the Curator.
The 5 heads each specialize in an area of Psionics and their applications.
Head of Manipulation, master of destruction and psionic combat.
Head of Awareness, master of augury and psionic detection.
Head of Restoration, master of regeneration and psionic healing.
Head of Deception, master of lies and psionic illusion.
Head of Transmutation, master of matter and psionic manipulation.
Culture
Dealing with the psionics of the Empire means their skills are in high demand in terms of professionals, advisors, and mentors. They operate all across the Empire and deal with all types of arcane things.
Of all the circles they are the most open with what they do, teaching, guiding, and even working for free in many areas outside the Empire. But this is known to be an ulterior motive, as the more they expose populations to psionics the more likely new techniques or psionic findings become known. It's also known the greatest of arcane secrets and power are held close to their chest, as much as they protest restricting knowledge that way.
