As part of Terms of the Surrender of The Secessionist Forces 454KS, House Foxworth of Fairstrand was stripped of their Duchal position.
The City of Fairdeep was siezed from them to become the seat of a new Duchal power in the region, House Hawthorne of Fairdeep.
