The Valley of Kings

While Paksali is certainly the trading power of the continent, the Valley of Kings certainly isn't a slouch either.
Found right on the coast, it has airships, nautical ships, and convoys coming at all hours of the day. However, it is largely missing the raw resources that causes Paksali's economy to be so robust. It is, thus, reliant on the resources coming into it from other places, allowing the dispensation of tariffs to earn its revenue.
On the other hand, the Valley of Kings is more of a complete deck of cards, so to speak. Not reliant on the salvage of the Old World, they would be much harder to unbalance in the case of conflict.
The Valley of Kings has a relatively even balance of M's, though they have a particular tradition of keeping their M's wrapped up in linen cloth. The reasoning is unclear to most outsiders, but it is a fairly ubiquitous practice within the are, as well as being a sign of status. If one can't afford to wrap their M, or has to settle for a low quality material, they would of course be of a lower class.
It should also be said that there are very few M's within the Valley that don't explicitly belong to an Organic, to the point that it would be strange for most citizens, organic or not, to see an M with it's own will and drive in life.
