This river cutting through Skirts is surprisingly clean for its proximity to Foundry; with the gentrified "Laurel of the South" neighborhood on one side and a need for clean water for the Apothecary Guild stationed across it, this is the only water supply in Skirts that the Bureau of Sustainable Resources enforces its "no dumping"-policies on.
