Diocese of Ministers
As the owners of the Monastery, the Ministers are responsible for the cadence of church services. Any ordained member of the clergy is allowed to give mass, but the format is the discretion of the Diocese of Ministers--the Church's authority to dictate the composition of church services belongs to this branch. This include everything from prayers to recite and layout of the chapel or priory. Thanks to this power the Ministers's fingerprints can be detected in masses throughout the city giving the organization direct access even to the ear of the Baron.
