Found in a concealed compartment in the desk of the Thanedell Engineering Academy Dean's office.

2 Nénimë, 2412 Confidential Security Advisory:
The following are wanted in connection with a treasonous plot against the realm:
* Ilphas D'nara, Daystar, head of the Knight Suns of the Realm * Keryth Shynar, Shadowblade, head of the Knight Shades of the Realm
If either are found, report the location of it immediately. Considered armed and dangerous. Do not engage. Additionally, a full purge of the Knight Suns may be required. All members are suspect, and plans must be made to eliminate the threat in a coordinated manner on 13 Nénimë.
Emergency powers have been invoked, and communications networks are now being monitored until this threat to the Empire passes. Sending Network may be compromised, direct communications only.

We are displeased at the lack of progress in resolving the matter of the traitor and its accomplice. Further investigation has revealed troubling activity from Dean Arryn Larhan  of the Aymanas Academy, and additional members of that school. It has also been linked to dissident activity occurring over the last several years, and we have confirmed it has been working to develop a weapon to oppose the Radiance. This Academy has been added as an additional target for purging on the 13th. Audit your staff and students for recent travel to Aymanas or activities with Academy staff and take appropriate action.
