Known as the "Immortal Emperor", Gallus Everglow oversees the Empire of Goldenhome from his palace across the sea. Not much is known about him outside of Goldenhome (other than his likeness on coins and statues).
Pre-cataclysm confidential Letters in Engineering Dean's Office were found with his mark and seal upon them in Ruins of Thanedell.
Bellaluna's Journal contains a section speculating on the origins of his apparent immortality.
