Individual Harper agents typically work alone, gathering intelligence and reporting back to others within the organization.

The Harpers seek to defend the innocent, the weak and the poor, but they do so behind the scenes. They pride themselves on being incorruptible defenders of good, never hesitating to aid the oppressed.
