Giants' Crucible

The Giants' Crucible is a forum, built originally by the Giants before the Disjunction in the Plains of Pesht. The forum consists of a large 100ft rised stone dias, surrounded by gigantic stone columns, with a large silver crucible set in the middle of it. The silver crucible appears to extend down into the limestone beneath the structure a very long way.
In recent years, a cult of Centaurs in service to Ledna'k, led by a Dark Rider, made this the centre of their operations within Gol-Kasha. The cult managed to profane the "crucible," a large silver dish at the centre of the gigantic columns upon a dias, with an infernal flame dedicated to their Demon Lord, which appears to have been the source of their power. The cult was defeated by Baldwyn Truethorn, Chess, Kaddie Okrum, Seravain, and Sere Watchwithe during the twenty fifth foray of the Scofflaws' Guild, with Seravain landing the cataclysmic blow against the crucible itself, breaking the hold of Ledna'k over the area.
