Fallows is a demiplane within Symphony ruled over by the Reaper & Sower as Their personal domain. It is an infinite field of farms, orchards, pastures, and gardens, tended forever by the souls They have "saved" from destruction within Cacophony. Fallows is the origin of all seeds of life that find their way into Harmony.
