Purnia is a nation in the Ossan Empire. Its people generally have milk-white skin and blonde hair. They are called Purnians.
Aristanes is also supposedly Purnian and a priest of Horuthe, the Purnian death god.

Devia Kerite is known as the Purnian Dragon. On behalf of the Nasuud, Devia brutally shuts down a colonial revolution in Purnia with her Kerite's Drakes mercenary company.
