Jakeb Stavri

Jakeb Stavri is an Ossan political liaison.
STORY
Jakeb Stavri had made deals to thwart Demir Grappo's success in the Assembly, some of which included betting against Demir. Jakeb accompanies Demir to oversee the negotiations with Holikan, and Demir sees in his face that Jakeb would likely lose a lot of money because of Demir's victory there. When the order goes out for the Ossans to sack the city, Jakeb insists that he did not give the orders, stating that no one would give an order like that.
