After the Yuan-Ti had lost most of their Army in the War of Frozen scales, an alliance of their slaves and clients overthrow the Yulan-Tai Empire, killing most of the Yuan-Ti, with the survivors going into hiding. Several short lived successor states would establish themselves in this time period, but generally the fall of the Yulan-Tai would result in the depopulation of most of the southern Galisean region, except with some cities in the Aeillan region, and Qadia, which are taken over by formerly enslaved populations, who establish the first Aeillan city-states and the Hadar Faronate of Qua'adar.   The fall of the Yulan-Tai Empire marks a major change, with most southern Galisean societies arising after the collapse of the Yulan-Tai, and indeed, this marks the start of most human histories in the region. Non-human peoples didn't see this as quite the siginficant change that humans did, but several reorganizations occurred in the fallout of this time period.
