Tira Vellans are the major ethnic group of Tira Vella. Originally native the the Grey, they are now the major group occupying the Grey, the Gold Coast, and the Southlands.

Speed: Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Languages: You are fluent in Tira Vellan, Tirassian, OR Agian, and conversational in two other languages.
