Nedara Moonspark

During her brother Osborn's Displacement episode, Nedara seized the opportunity to reinvest the bulk of their family's business interests. Other hoity-toity nobles speculate she's a member of The Concern, which she denies with a cheery disposition and a heart-warming eye-roll. Some say her brother's recent return from lands unknown means that he must reclaim his "rightful position" as patriarch of their family, but he has no interest in such matters, as being a Displacement survivor comes with emotional, mental, and physical consequences. Their parents Wilbur and Rosara passed away, and grief is rumored to be the chief culprit. However, Nedara has been digging around for a better explanation. Both were in good health and, while neither fully recovered from Osborn's vanishing, Nedara refused to believe that they abandoned her to be the lone survivor of the Moonspark household. But as rumors of her involvement with The Concern have grown loud, so has Nedara's boldness—she wields her influence and wealth like a rogue's sneaky blade. She spends most of her time with Zylna Ravenbeam, her chief confidant and top employee, in "business meetings" bidding on artifacts and trinkets recovered from other planes.
