A period of devastating conflict engulfs most of Karathia.
Fourty Years War was an attempt made by Vhessan Empire to unify and reorganize the Confederation of 40 Tribes into a proper country - mostly to avoid further territorial loses.
Other elven states weren't interested, to say the least. Thus need to be coerced. Vhessan tried to achieve that by using a self proclaimed sorcerer king Mersimaar and his army of blood elves with Vhessan reinforcements.
He begins his campaign of conquest by conquering kingdoms of Henotavia and Senotavia during a single military campaign - in a single eyar, then marching westward to Itirria.
