First real combat test of newly created elves, sent at Kivanthians en masse together with legions of improved Xylian warmachines.
Xylian Dominion launched another invasion attempt against Kivanthian Doctrinate, a state on continent of Lana created by splinter group of Dominion, that choose more spiritual rather than mechanical road of progress, while still using great technomaturgy to create machines dedicated to both war and peace. This time with support of entire armies of well trained and equipped elves.
The war changed into a stalemate after kivanthian - nearly pushed into a corner - employ technomaturgic mass destruction weapon system known as Crystal Tower to utterly annihilate Xylian forces in Battle for Arkhzar.
At least that's what officially happened. Unbeknowst to Xylian Dominion Crystal Tower was essentially a massive bluff. World's biggest aether collector made to create a belief that it is a mass destruction weapon in mortals without knowledge of its real function via mind magic.
Even the Battle for Arkhzar didn't happen in Arkhzar, as Xylian army - believing that Crystal Tower was a mass destruction weapon - launched an invasion on it, in hope to deactivate it before it is ready. That was the kivanthian plan, as after they enter the Tower, they filled its insides with raw aether, instantly killing everybody inside, and thus forcing the belief that Crystal Tower was a weapon on entire Xylian civilization.
