The Black Citadel

The Black Citadel is a prison located in the city of Almarid, located underneath the city itself as to maintain maximum security. Those deemed serious enemies of the state are brought in here for interrogation, imprisonment, and execution. No known criminals have ever managed to escape. Some of its prisoners include members of the Last Regiment, Almsmen, Celestine Assembly, members of the Children of the Black Sun, and war criminals from both the Zelyrian War and the War of the Warlocks.
