Specklers Gang

The Specklers are led by Puk, an excommunicated monk of the church. He is allied with the Farmers, Wherries, and Deckhands of the outer walls and controls the lower entrance to the Peoples Tower. The Specklers charge a convenience fee for people who enter in the Dunwich District.

Their sigil is three Speckle coins.

The Specklers are also drug dealers who are known for their highly addictive and dangerous product that comes in from the Forgotten Slums. They are led by a mysterious figure known as Puk. The Specklers control much of the area between the Foyin and Dunwich Districts. They are involved in drug trafficking, money laundering, and other criminal activities.
