Onnar the Red
A famous Dreadchief of the 2nd Era. Ancestor of Ivorus. The Heathlands were named after this barbarian until the Fracturing War and the borders were renamed, where the people of Ivoria elected to rename the Onnarian Heathlands to the Ivorian, to keep some semblance of their fallen country of Ivoria.
Onnar the Red was a legendary Dreadchief who lived during the 2nd Era, a time of great conflict and upheaval in the world of Galfin. He was known for his fierce battle prowess, as well as his cunning and tactical mind.
According to legend, Onnar led his tribe, the Red Bristlebacks, on a series of raids and conquests across the eastern lands of Galfin. He was said to be unstoppable on the battlefield, inspiring fear and admiration in equal measure.
One of Onnar's greatest accomplishments was the conquest of the Onnarian Heathlands, a vast expanse of wilderness that would eventually be named after him. He and his Red Bristlebacks claimed this region as their own, establishing a fortress at its heart and defending it fiercely against all who dared to challenge their rule. This was the humble start to the large wooden stronghold of the Hedgespire.
