He was a terrible and sadistic king who took advantage of the Unspoken, a powerful prophetic woman meant to guide the Tombmonarch over her life. The tragedy that this Oligarch saw forced him to rebuild the Hierarch, his Tarkantry killed the current Tombguards and replaced the national police with the revered Sandcloaks. A member of the honorable Kraal family was placed in charge of defending the Tombqueen. This restructure has forced the ruler of Calua to isolate themselves from the politics of the world as they make sure the corruption and evil that culminated in Karab is cleansed from their sands.
