Mountains folk with essence imbued blood. They are the predecessor culture to the Spiroak. They believe they were better than commoners due to their magic. Their descendants influenced the House of Oakhand to expand their empire, the Vul’Adnian Magistrate and take control of the realm. Some eccentric members of their culture wore masks to stray away from the prying eyes of the gods. This group became the Masok Konsul.
