Empress Sporoom

The Empress Sporoom, revered as the Alabaster Empress, stands in stark contrast to her common kin. Towering at an imposing fifteen feet tall, she radiates an aura of ancient power and unearthly beauty. Her cap-like crown glows softly in hues of violet and gold, a shimmering beacon in the shadows of the dense forest. The intricate patterns on her surface seem to pulse with a rhythm, as though in sync with the lifeblood of the entire Undergrowth. Her stem-like body is slender yet robust, adorned with bioluminescent veins that cast a soft light, illuminating the forest floor like a moonlit dream.
Unlike her diminutive kin, the Empress is not bound to a single patch of forest but instead serves as the heart and soul of the Undergrowth itself. Her presence is felt in the sway of the trees, the hum of insects, and the subtle vibration of the soil. Her connection to the Sporoom and their hidden villages is profound, as she channels the magical essence of Galfin’s forests into their secluded lives.
Though ethereal and serene, the Empress is not without strength. Her glow can shift into a blinding brilliance to deter predators, and her commanding voice resonates like the rustling of leaves in a storm. She is both protector and ruler, her very existence a source of awe and mystery. Those lucky—or cursed—enough to see her describe her as the embodiment of the forest’s will, an ancient and eternal presence watching over the balance of life and decay in Galfin's verdant depths.
